Credits: 1 credit = Rp1. A typical message costs about Rp10 to Rp75. An image costs about Rp900. Heavy tasks like web research use more credits.

Questions

What can the agent do?

It remembers what you tell it and works on tasks until they're done: researching online, making documents, slides, images, and websites, setting reminders, and even messaging other people when you ask. You can chat with it on the web, WhatsApp, Telegram, or Discord. You'll find the plan details under Pricing.

Is the agent always right?

Not always. The agent uses AI models that can make mistakes or miss recent information, so double-check anything important. Before it sends a message or changes something in your apps, it always asks for your OK first.

Where is my data processed?

Every agent has its own workspace, separate from other users. Your messages are processed by AI model providers outside Indonesia to generate replies. We don't sell your data, and you can delete an agent and its data anytime. The details are in our Privacy Policy.

How does pricing work?

During the beta, Vizier is free for testers: the Basic plan for a few days plus starter credits, with no card and no charges. After the beta, pricing has two parts, a monthly plan and credits for AI usage (1 credit = Rp1), and nothing renews automatically. When your access ends, we keep the agent's data for 14 days, then delete it.

Is it safe to connect WhatsApp?

WhatsApp connects through linked devices (WhatsApp Web), not the official API, so there's a small risk that WhatsApp limits a number that's overused. Use it sensibly, never for bulk messages, and ideally with a second number.
